A quick and easy way to add a boost of fibre and protein to your dinner is to add beans! A can of black beans can often be found for under a dollar and contains approximately 6g of fibre and 9 g of protein per 1/2 cup. Just drain, rinse and stir into your next soup, stew, stir-fry casserole or salad!
